Present Science world recognized the EXPANSION of the Universe on basis of two theories, one is DOPPLER EFFECT and another is HUBBLE LAW, the study based on Spectroscopic observations of light-radiation shift. The experimental base is depend on crude example of Whistling Train: That is when we are standing on a platform of a Railway Station and observing the Train coming from distance. As the Train comes closer to us that is APPROACHING, the SOUND FREQUENCY of the train whistle will go on increasing and as the Train Pass away from us, the Sound of whistle fades, that is FREQUENCY OF SOUND go on DECREASING. On this assumption, it is taken that – “WHEN THE STAR OR GALAXY MOVING AWAY FROM US, ITS FREQUENCY RETARDS, which give up LONGER WAVE-LENGTH that is wave-length shifts towards RED-END and WHEN STAR OR GALAXY MOVES NEARER TO US, ITS FREQUENCY RAISES and WAVELENGTH retards. So wavelength will be shifted towards Violet-Blue end. Summary is RED-SHIFT PROVES THE STAR OR GALAXY MOVES AWAY FROM US and BLUE-SHIFT PROVES the STAR or GALAXY COMING CLOSER TO US”. This is DOPPLER PRINCIPLE. Austrian Physicist C. J. DOPPLER (1803-53) proposed this principle. One step ahead, EDVIN HUBBLE in 1929 proposed that RECEDING VELOCITY OF STARS AND GALAXIES IS PROPORTIONAL TO DISTANCE FROM THE EARTH. That is HIGHER THE DISTANCE OF THE GALAXY from the EARTH, it MOVES AWAY IN GREATER VELOCITY FROM EARTH.

Doppler and Hubble shifted the Astronomy in the ages, when the EARTH WAS THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE AND ALL MOTIONS OF STARS AND GALAXIES FOLLOWS IN RELATIVE TO EARTH DISTANCE! What a great leap backward and on basis of these great theories, EXPANDING UNIVERSE was determined.

Question of Classical Science arises when all RECEDING GALAXIES exhibiting RED SHIFT and APPROACHING GALAXIES exhibiting BLUE SHIFT. So these Red Shift and Blues Shift are not ORIGINAL SHIFTS but apparent VISION!. The Real Red may appear Blue and Real Blue Shift appears Red to the Earth observer? On this base, we are deciding the TEMPERATURE of Stars. Stars which exhibit Blue Shift are very HOT and exhibit Red Shift are COOL. But when these observed SHIFTS are not REAL what is judgment? This is unsolved puzzle of Astronomy.

The second problem, HOW and WHY distant GALAXIES located at millions of light years away from the earth kept their RECEDING VELOCITY in relative to the DISTANCE FROM EARTH? WHY the galaxies, which are in greater distance from earth, are rushing away in greater velocity? WHY UNIVERSAL GALAXIES and STARS SHOULD FOLLOW OFF-CENTRE EARTH ACCELERATION ? – Considering the Universal mass as an ocean, the Earth is only a drop of water. How this tinny particle controls the receding velocities of giant galaxies that too at distances of million and billions of light years away ? So, THE RECEDING VELOCITY IS PROPORTIONAL TO DISTANCE FROM THE EARTH – this is HUBBLE’S LAW for the STARS and GALAXIES in assumption of EXPANDING UNIVERSE is UNSCIENTIFIC and INAPPLICABLE so should be scrapped.

Therefore, UNIVERSE IS EXPANDING but not in the fashion as stated in DOPPLER-HUBBLE THEORIES, UNIVERSE IS EXPANDING but not by the forces stated in NEWTON-EINSTEIN’S THEORIES. EXPANDING UNIVERSE IS AN UNSOLVED MYSTERY IN THE PAGES OF PRESENT SCIENCE.

WHAT IS THE REALITY ?
The RED SHIFT proves TWO FACTORS: GREATER DISTANCE OR LOW TEMPERATURE. The VIOLATE SHIFT proves TWO FACTORS: LOWER DISTANCE OR HIGH TEMPERATURE.

Now ANY ONE factor has to be accepted but not both.
And, RED SHIFT does not mean the body is RUSHING AWAY from us and VIOLATE SHIFT does not mean the body is COMING towards us. SO, assumptions of DOPPLER-HUBBLE’S that BECAUSE OF RED SHIFT THE BODY IS RECEDING AWAY FROM EARTH is NOT TRUE.

DOPPLER EFFECT may be true in case of Railway-Train’s whistle on Railway platforms but not applicable to ASTRONOMICAL GALAXIES and so the HUBBLE LAW.
